PREPARATIONS are being made to have the first Fist-up Film Festival in Dar es Salaam later this year. Unlike other such events, this twoweek long affair is scheduled to be held at various locations in the region over this period.
These are at schools, community centres and cinema halls. The idea behind such an arrangement is to allow more people a chance to see the films, at a place and time that is most convenient to them.
