Luanda — The Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Manuel Domingos Augusto, attended on Monday in Niamey (Niger) the 3rd Ministerial Meeting of the International Contact Group on Libya (ICG-L).
The meeting, co-chaired by the commissioner for AU Peace and Security Council, ambassador Smail Chergui, and by the minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the Republic of Niger, Aichatou Boulama Kané, considered the evolution of the situation in Libya since the 2nd ICG-L meeting, held on 28 January 2015, on the fringes of the 24th Ordinary Session of the conference of AU's Heads of State and Government.
