East African Community Secretariat, Arusha, 3 September 2012: The inaugural East African Community Child Rights Conference themed Addressing the Issues that negatively impact on the realization of Child Rights in the East African Community concluded today at the Royal Palace Hotel in Bujumbura, Burundi with the children and participants knocking into shape the Bujumbura Declaration and Recommendations on Child Rights and Wellbeing in the EAC.
