A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between players in the water delivery system in the country to ensure that the supply and management of water is improved.
In the performance contract, which was described as High Impact Performance Improvement Programme (HIPIP), the management of the Ghana Water Company Limited would be able to impose sanctions on not so impressive staff of the company as well as reward those who are performing well.
