Nairobi — Consultations between the Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA), the National Police Service Commission and the office of the Attorney General are set to start 'soon' in a bid to reach a common ground on the controversial recruitment of 10,000 police officers.
Attorney General Githu Muigai said on Wednesday that the three State agencies want to agree over the exercise that is currently subject of a court case over allegations of malpractices during the exercise that was conducted last year.
