Kenya: Governors in Report Told to Step Aside

Governors implicated in financial scandals were on Monday told to hand over power to their deputies in readiness to face the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission.

Nairobi lawyer Philip Mutai said even President Uhuru Kenyatta handed over power to Deputy President William Rutto when he was summoned by the International Criminal Court last year.
