Magistrate Mohamed Seray Wurie, presiding at the Magistrates' Court No.6 on Siaka Stevens Street, last Friday (10 April) committed to the High Court a matter involving one Foday Gblah, a commercial motorbike rider who had been arraigned for fraudulently converting to his own benefit a Dayun mountain motorbike belonging to the National Ebola Response Centre (NERC).
The accused was charged with fraudulent conversion contrary to section 20(1) (4a) of the Larceny Act of 1916.
