The Minister of Sports and Physical Education, Adoum Garoua on Tuesday April 14 commissioned to office the members of the local organising committee of the 2015 edition of the basketball Cup of Nations, Afro-basket, to be hosted by Cameroon from September 24th to October 3rd.
While commissioning them to office, Adoum Garoua called on the members to do everything possible for the event to be successful in Yaounde and also enable the female volleyball national team to prepare well for the competition so as to lift the trophy. He therefore recommended a three-month training camp for the volleyball Lionesses.
