Malawi: Government Sets Aside K30 Million to Repatriate Malawians From South Africa

Lilongwe — Government of Malawi has set aside K30 million to hire six (6) buses from South Africa to be used to ferry people who voluntarily want to be repatriated to Malawi.

According to a press release signed by Minister of Information, Toursim and Culture, Kondwani Nankhumwa who is also Government Spokeperson made available to Malawi News Agency (Mana), the buses are expected to arrive in Malawi from South Africa with the returnees on Sunday and Government has identified two centres in Lilongwe and Blantyre where the buses will drop off the returnees.
