Kasbah — The protection of Tunisia's Southeast borders, 168 km between borders crossing points of Ras Jedir and Dhehiba, tops the National Defence Ministry's priorities, asserted Farhat Horchani, Minister of National Defence.
Speaking Thursday, during a meeting with the press devoted to the priorities of the first 100 days of the government, Horchani added that his department started the establishment of check points along the border strip between Tunisia and Libya as well as the installation of some barricades to energise the defence system.
