Maiduguri — About 100 children orphaned by the Boko Haram insurgency in Borno State, have been sponsored to continue their education in Kano State.
Governor Kashim Shettima, who was represented by the Borno State Head of Service, Barrister Yakubu Bukar, while addressing the pupils shortly before their departure to Kano State, said the government would train them to tertiary level.
