Liberia: MCSS Sees Substance Abuse Decline in Schools

The Monrovia Consolidated Schools System (MCSS) has recorded a decline in the abuse of drugs and other prohibited substances, Superintendent Benjamin A. Jacobs has said.

Addressing the daily Information Ministry's press conference recently, Jacobs noted that the decline is attributed to the diversification of uniforms in the system.
