Luanda — The National Assembly (Angolan Parliament) Tuesday in Luanda passed into law the Non-Presential Electoral Registration Bill with 156 votes, during a session marred by the walk-out of the whole opposition.
The opposition walked out of the session over disagreement on some points of the law.
