Liberia: Sannoh, Massaquoi to Appear Before House Plenary Thursday

The House of Representatives has unanimously voted to invite Justice Minister Benedict Sannoh and Police Director Chris Massaquoi to appear before plenary on Thursday, April 23, to explain the incident between the police and motorcyclists in the Paynesville belt recently.

The decision was reached on Tuesday, April 21, following the reading of a letter from Sannoh to Speaker J. Alexander Tyler, informing the House about the April 16, 2015 incident on Duport Road, Paynesville which resulted in the death of Motorcyclist Alfred Tarnue, Jr. and the destruction of properties.
