Tunisia: "Utica Must Be Involved in Decision Making" - Bouchamaoui

Tunis — President of the Tunisian Confederation of Industry, Trade and Handicrafts (UTICA), Wided Bouchamaoui said, Friday, that "the employers' Organisation is a strategic partner of the government and must be involved in decision making at the national and regional level."

After a meeting with the Presidents of the Regional Confederations (URICA) co-chaired with Prime Minister Habib Essid, Bouchamaoui said that the presence of the UTICA's representatives, during the visits of the government members in regions is "important", and help expose the concerns of the regions and identify solutions likely to boost investments."
