Tunis — The ceremony on the 40th day since the death of the late Lassaad Ben Osman, former minister under Bourguiba's regime took place on Friday afternoon at the National Institute of Agricultural Science in Tunis, in the presence of Prime Minister Habib Essid.
The PM spoke of the qualities of the deceased who had contributed to building the modern state after having held several positions in sensitive and important sectors.
