Kano — Kano State Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has said that a law compelling parents to enrol their children into formal schools has been enacted in the state.
Speaking when he hosted participants of the National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies, (NIPSS), Kuru, he said the law was enacted to ensure that all children of school age in the state were enrolled into formal schools.
