THE last time I was in Ethiopia's capital city, Addis Ababa in 2012, I was amazed at the rate the city was growing in the number of modern buildings.
Three years down the line, am back in the 'new flower' city to attend a United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) and Africa Union(AU) Ministers of Finance and Planning meeting, and it certainly looked like a whole new city.
