Nigeria: Kehinde Bankole - I Handle Pressure From Men Quite Well

Nollywood actress, Kehinde Bankole caught everyone's attention when she made her appearance in Wale Adenuga Productions' Super Story in 2007. Her role in that series was distinct, giving her the needed image for her then growing career. Since her debut on the series, it has been a gradual rise to fame for the delectable native of Ogun State. In this interview with Tosin Clegg, she talks about her acting career and her award at the recently held AMVCA 2015 where she was crowned Best Actress in a Drama

Prior to acting, I was into modeling... Prior to acting, I was into modeling. I was also a stage actor at The Redeemed Christian Church of God before I became a professional actor. I actually changed secondary and primary schools a few times while growing up. My primary education was between Adeniyi Jones Primary School, Tunwase Nursery and Primary School, and Providence Nursery and Primary School. I stayed in the boarding school at the Baptist Girls College, Idi-Aba in Abeokuta, Ogun State, and later came down to finish at Government College, Agege, Lagos. I proceeded to study Mass Communication at the Olabisi Onabanjo University in Ogun State.
