The Secretary in the office of Nimba County Superintendent Fong Zuagele has said that due to the communities in Nimba County is very pluralistic that stigmatization against Ebola survivors was very difficult to manage from the onset of the situation.
According to Paul K. Karnue, when Ebola survivors started returning from the Ebola Treatment Units in the county, many of their neighbors were still thinking that the survivors could re-infect the locals.
