Gambia: MDI Executive Leadership Training Ends

A three-day executive leadership training for heads of institutions and senior officials wrapped up on Thursday at the Kairaba Beach Hotel. The forum, which attracted fourteen participants, was coordinated by Sillah Conateh, the head of Business Studies Department at the Management Development Institute (MDI).

Alieu K. Jarju, acting director general of MDI, said the training was designed to give the participants the opportunity to brush up on some leadership skills, but most importantly, to give them the opportunity to network, share experiences, best practices and problem-solving techniques to help them in managing their respective organisations.
