Nigeria: Edo Muslims to Oshiomhole - Stop Marginalizing Us

Benin — The Muslim community in Edo state says it is being marginalized by the state government and political elite even though it constitutes a substantial percentage of the state's population.

The Muslims under the aegis of the Edo Muslims for Equity and Good Governance (EMEGG) in a communiqué while congratulating President-Elect Muhammadu Buahri and state Governor Adams Oshiomhole on the recent electoral victory lamented that they have been schemed out of governance in the state for a long time.
