Gambia: Hospital Yet to Release Medical Report in Murder Case of Mentally Imbalanced

Kalipha Bojang, head of the prison officials that escort remand prisoners to the high court, yesterday informed the court they were yet to receive the medical report on the accused, Ebrima Jallow, a mentally imbalanced person accused of murder, before Justice Amadi of the Special Criminal Court in Banjul.

When the case was called, Justice Amadi asked about whereabouts of the accused and the prison officer said the accused was in remand at Mile 2.
