The Presidential Advisory Council on International Relations on Tuesday bade President Goodluck Jonathan farewell. Members of the council were at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa in Abuja for a closed-door valedictory meeting with the president.
The council, headed by former Secretary-General of the Commonwealth Emeka Anyaoku, offered suggestions on several areas of national and international interests.
