Annaba — The CITAL plant for the assembly and maintenance of trams, inaugurated on Tuesday, is the fruit of an "intelligent and successful" partnership, said the French Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development, Laurent Fabius.
Fabius, who spoke in the presence of Algerian minister of Foreign Affairs Ramtane Lamamra, the Minister of Industry and Mining Abdelslam Bouchouareb and the Minister of Transport Amar Ghoul, at the end of the inauguration ceremony, "hailed" this partnership "for which credit goes to the leaders of both countries, Abdelaziz Bouteflika and Francois Hollande."
