Gambia: Teachers Sensitised On 'Teacher-Parent Relations'

At least 75 teachers drawn from the nursery schools in Serrekunda Central on Saturday converged for a day long training workshop on 'Teacher-parent relations' in one of the nursery schools in Latrikunda German.

In an interview with the Daily Observer, Emmanuel Omorodion, vice president of the Association of Early Childhood Educators in The Gambia, who also doubles as the coordinator of all the nursery schools in Serrekunda Central, known as Zone 4, informed that Zone 4 comprises about 45 nursery schools, and that three teachers from each school were selected to participate in the forum.
