The Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA) has said it will not be able to honor the invite by its counterpart Ferwafa to participate in the 1994 genocide memorial tournament.
Uganda was part of the five nations from the region that had been invited to take part in the tournament slated for June 7 to 9 in Kigali, according to a statement from Ferwafa released last week.
