Gambia: GAF Protests Against Brikama for Using Ineligible Players

The Gambia Football Federation announced it has received a protest from The Gambia Armed Forces Football Club against Brikama United with the former accusing the latter of using ineligible players in a league game on May 3.

The two sides battled to a scintillating 1-1 stalemate at the Box Bar Mini-Stadium in that particular match, but the outcome of any enquiry could have little or no impact on the outcome of the championship with neither sides able to win the league and out of danger in the relegation fight as well.
