Nigeria: Court Orders Enugu Judicial Workers to Resume Work

Enugu — The National Industrial Court (NIC) sitting in Enugu yesterday ordered striking judiciary workers in the state to suspend the action and return to their offices.

The court presided over by Hon. Justice A. Ibrahim handed down the order while hearing a suit filed by the Attorney General of Enugu State, Anthony Ani (SAN), against the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) and two others. The court said the interim order was pending the hearing and determination of the motion on notice.
