Kenya: Gender Commission Urges AG to Publish Constitutional Amendment Bill

THE Attorney General Githu Muigai was yesterday put on the spot by the National Gender and Equality Commission for delaying the publication of the constitutional amendments bill to give effect to two-thirds gender rule.

Addressing the press at Serena Hotel, Nairobi, yesterday, members of the technical working group said Muigai should quickly publish the bill before the deadline.
