Uganda: Opposition Engage MPs in 3-Hour Reform Discussion

On Wednesday afternoon, a group of opposition leaders presented their constitutional amendment proposals to the Legal and Parliamentary Affairs committee, which is scrutinizing the controversial Constitution Amendment Bill 2015. 2:16pm. The huge opposition delegation led by DP national chairman Mohamed Kezaala walks into parliament's south committee. The delegation includes FDC president Mugisha Muntu, Dr Kizza Besigye, Erias Lukwago, Jeema's Asuman Basalirwa, DP secretary general Mathias Nsubuga and CP's Ken Lukyamuzi.
