The cost production of wheat in the north-east of Nigeria has been described as the highest in the world.
The alarming revelation was made by the Managing Director, Chad Basin Development Authority, Engr. Garba Abba, in a chat with Journalists at the weekend, during which he noted that the north-east of Nigeria currently experiencing insurgency has the best weather for wheat production.
