Three oil marketers, Opeyemi Ajuyah, Abdullahi Alao and Olanrewaju Olalusi, were on Friday arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), before a Lagos High Court sitting in Ikeja, over an alleged N1.1 billion fuel subsidy fraud.
The trio were re-arraigned on an amended eight count charge alongside their companies, Majope Investment Limited and Axenergy Limited.
