Malian Parties to Set Up in Algiers "Mechanisms" for Cease-Fire

Algiers — The next meeting of the Malian parties scheduled for 25 May in Algiers will set up "mechanisms" and a "comprehensive and integrated system" for cease-fire and its monitoring in northern Mali, Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Ramtane Lamamra, announced Thursday in Algiers.

The Minister was speaking to the press following his meeting with Speaker of the National Assembly of Serbia, Maja Gojkovic.
