Dar es Salaam — A young Tanzanian businesswoman, Irene Kiwia was announced last week as the winner of Africa's Woman of the Year Award for her work in advancing women entrepreneurial skills in the country.
The statement issued last week by Africa Reconnect said Kiwia was among 11 African women awarded last weekend in Polokwane, South Africa during an annual conference of the institution.
