Angola: Catoca Workers at Workshop on Identifying Opportunities

Saurimo — At least 100 workers of the Mining Society of Catoca, in eastern Lunda Sul province, are attending since Tuesday a workshop on internal social improvement opportunities identification, which aims to identify the strengthens and weaknesses of the services provided to people and promote improvements of organizational climate of the company.

According to the head of the communication and image office of Catoca Mining Society, Luciano Canhanga, the seminar is addressing issues related to customer services, rights and professional responsibilities, training and growth in the organization, administration and services in the mining.
