Nairobi, Kenya — British High Commissioner, Dr. Christian Turner, opens a new school in Gilgil for vulnerable and homeless street children

The British High Commissioner to Kenya, Dr Christian Turner, Saturday opened a new school in Gilgil, Nakuru for vulnerable and homeless street children. The home, run by local charity Restart Africa, will provide refuge for over 100 boys and girls who are desperately in need. The new facility provides a safe environment for the children, aged from 4 months to 23 years, to learn and grow. It comes complete with a computer lab, four classrooms, nursery room for the youngest, a dining hall and dorm rooms.
