Tunisia: Abdouli Calls On Islamic Countries to Stand Together to Combat Terrorism

Tunis — Secretary of State for Arab and African Affairs Touhami Abdouli, on Wednesday, warned against the expansion of terrorism and extremism in Islamic countries, saying they are called, more than ever, to stand together to combat this phenomenon.

Speaking at the 42nd session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of countries members of the Organisation of Islamic Co-operation (OIC) held from May 26 to 27, Abdouli called for the adoption of a comprehensive counter-terrorism approach that takes into consideration the security, social and economic aspects of this phenomenon.
