Kenya: Kambi Off the Hook, Kamau to Face Prosecution

Nairobi — The Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko has approved charges against suspended Transport Cabinet Secretary Michael Kamau over corruption allegations.

The DPP however rejected a recommendation by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) to have suspended Labour Cabinet Secretary Kazungu Kambi charged for abuse of office, saying there is no sufficient evidence.
