Zimbabwe: Man Caught Wearing Stolen Female Pants

A NYANGA man was referred to psychiatrists for examination by a Mutare magistrate after he was caught wearing four stolen female pants belonging to a local villager.

Handsen Mombeyarara, 23, from Dzonya village under Chief Katerere appeared before magistrate Sekai Chiundura facing theft charges as defined in section 113 of the Criminal Law and Codification Act.
