HEALTH Minister David Parirenyatwa said Wednesday he hoped Zimbabwe and Europe resolve their political differences and so that relations return to the cordiality of 1980s which allowed direct funding of the health sector by the West.
Relations between Harare and the West collapsed with the imposition of sanctions more than a decade ago over allegations President Robert Mugabe's Zanu PF party was using electoral fraud to retain power as well as engaging in human rights violations.
