Medica Mondiale, a Sweden based international non-governmental organization, has ended a week-long training for medical and legal practitioners on the effects of sexual and gender based violence on women and girls in Zwedru, Grand Gedeh County.
Speaking at the close of the training workshop recently, Medica Mondiale Community Educators Shieda Kaba and Clavenda Sherman told LINA that the training was aimed at building the skills of magistrates, clerks of courts and health workers to enable them handle SGBV cases to protect the victims.
