Nigeria: Aero's Fortune Drops After Friday's Near Crash

Nigeria's second largest carrier, Aero Nigeria Limited experienced hundreds of cancellations of flight tickets by passengers to various destinations yesterday, after a near crash involving its Kaduna-bound plane on Friday.

Aero's flight 180 with 120 passengers from Lagos to Kaduna developed technical fault mid-air, but managed to do an emergency landing in Abuja at about 7:30pm having left Lagos around 6:30pm.
