Um Dukhun — The governor of Central Darfur has ordered the dismissal of two omdas and the transferral of two young employees working in Um Dukhun to other localities in the state.
The orders were issued after youth in Um Dukhun had widely protested against corruption in the locality, and demanded better services and security. They accused the locality's executive director of embezzlement.
