A fictitious company that was paid Sh300 million by the Kenya Rural Roads Authority for work done by another company with the same name has been ordered by court to reimburse the money.
Yesterday, High Court judge Francis Gikonyo ordered Kay Company to return the money within 14 days. The judge made the directive after parties said they had agreed to settle the dispute out of court.
