Menongue — The commander of the unit of the Riot Police (PIR) in the southern Cuando Cubango province, Armando Cândido, urged on Wednesday in Menongue, the staff of the corporation in order to continue the measures for strengthening and maintaining public order and thus fight against violent and organized crimes.
The officer said so in the ceremony that marked the 23rd founding anniversary of PIR, marked on 04 June, and witnessed by the commander of the National Police and delegate of the Ministry of Interior (MININT) in Cuando Cubango, Commissioner Domingos Ferreira de Andrade.
