Kaduna — The recent expanded military campaigns against Boko Haram insurgents in the in the North-east has made some of the terrorists to seek safe-havens mostly in neighbouring states and border communities.
One security source said the militants settle mostly in unsuspecting communities with their families and build cordial relationships with different people where they leave. The security forces are on the lookout for fleeing terrorist, the source added.
