Gambia: UTG Student Soldier Clocks 14 Days in Detention

Sanna Fadera, a student studying Chemistry and Biology at the University of the Gambia (UTG) and who is also a soldier attached to the Bio-Chemistry Laboratory of the Gambia Armed Forces (GAF), is still under detention at the National Intelligence Agency (NIA) for fifteen days today, according to a family source.

The brother of the detained student/soldier revealed that since his arrest it was only one family member who had access to him.
