Former minister Bintony Kutsaira who was also had his debts cancelled by the government of Peter Mutharika as it was planning to sell the Malawi Savings Bank had a rude awakening in the week when he was roughed up by Malawi army officers at Kamuzu Barracks.
Malawi24 understands that the former minister went to the home of the soldiers after his car was detained by the army after being found that it was carrying charcoal from the protected Dzalanyama forest which is being guarded by officers from the Capital city based barracks.
