Nigeria: Outcry As Taraba Govt Moves to Restore Masterplan

Jalingo — Traders who operate businesses in unapproved areas in Jalingo, the Taraba State capital, have been lamenting the ongoing demolition of their business structures by a task force from the state's Ministry of Environment and Urban Development.

The task force has been moving round the town for over the past month, their bulldozers pulling down business structures erected illegally by the roadside.
